This is the time of “Spring” when we’re planting trees and shrubs. They’ll start to establish new roots before the hot weather gets here. Some areas are still too wet to work on, most plants will fail if their roots sit in water for more than a week. If you dig a hole and there’s water in it – consider not planting there.
Remember that we do tree and shrub care for homeowners and commercial properties. I am licensed for pesticide applications on ornamentals (trees & shrubs) as well as in the forest. Invasive pests like the emerald ash borer (it’s in Warner and Francistown already) will be here soon – plan ahead if you have ash trees. We can help protect the ash trees in your yard.
